The interface is available in three languages. Human support is provided in Portuguese; we do not yet promise replies in English or Spanish.
Motherboard firmware. Compare your version with the official CPU support list; matching sockets do not guarantee booting.
Thermal reference defined by the manufacturer. It does not alone measure maximum power draw, temperature or sufficient cooler capacity.
Connection between CPU and motherboard. Also check board revision, chipset and BIOS in the documentation.
Memory generation. DDR4 and DDR5 require matching platforms; check form factor, slots and documented limit.
Identify the model and PCIe/EPS cables required by the configuration. Rated power alone does not confirm suitability; consult the manuals.
