Private from the start

Machines, drafts, costs, serial numbers, notes and receipts start private. Visitor drafts stay in this browser's storage. Signing in does not publish anything.

What is shared

Publishing requires a preview and confirmation. The public snapshot includes the PC name and installed components. Photos, timeline, goals and association with a personal profile are separate choices. Costs, email, private notes, serials and receipts are never included in the profile.

Review the text and photos you choose to share: information visible within an image cannot be removed automatically. EXIF metadata is removed.

Unlisted links and unpublishing

Published PCs and plans may appear in Explore PCs, the community shelf and comparisons, depending on shared data. Country, purpose, resolution and public budget are optional and chosen in the preview; they do not automatically reveal your preferences or costs. Comparing with a private machine requires ownership. Cloning creates a private plan with attribution, without copying photos, documents or costs.

Anyone with an unlisted address can access it. It is not confidential. Unpublishing revokes the page, OG card, community discovery and photo access through LivoPC. Copies, screenshots and caches held by third parties may persist outside the service.

Security, history and deletion

Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies. Email is used for confirmation and account recovery. Revisions are immutable during the machine's lifetime. From your account, you can permanently delete machines, revisions, images, sessions and associated publications.

Reports and moderation records retained after deletion lose their account reference. Do not include unnecessary personal data in reports. There are no third-party analytics integrations. General funnel metrics record type and UTC time. To measure 7/30-day return, the authenticated journey keeps the internal account identifier, event and generic origin (guide, profile, catalog or direct) for 90 days, without URLs, components, serials or addresses. These records are included in exports and removed with the account. Dashboards show aggregates.

Language and offer coverage

Language, offer country and currency are independent preferences, saved in a cookie and in your account when signed in. Cloudflare may suggest a country; we do not store your IP for this suggestion and it does not override your choice. Your offer country is not published on your profile.

Visitor coverage requests use a purpose-specific identifier and are removed after 90 days. Account requests are included in exports and deleted with the account. Opening notices require a verified email and separate consent; they can be canceled in your account and are sent only once. Optional metrics distinguish language, country and the source of that choice, without storing IP addresses.

Assisted import

The Windows collector only queries hardware and generates a local JSON after consent. It does not send data automatically. File selection lets you review accepted fields before uploading. Serial numbers, computer name, username, network addresses, disk identifiers and paths are excluded from the inventory.

Inventory and link previews are private for 24 hours and can be discarded. Access expires at that time; the running server removes expired content during minute-by-minute maintenance. We do not store raw HTML or the original file. Evidence for confirmed components stays in the private machine history until account deletion. Importing does not publish, prove ownership or create a verified offer.

Sales, messages and alerts

A sale sheet has its own preview and publication: installed configuration, asking price, city and state, condition, defects, accessories, public name and selected photos. Editing the PC does not change the published sheet. Pausing or marking it sold removes the sheet and its exclusive photos from public access. Buyer messages and replies are available to conversation participants without automatically disclosing email. Requests and reports stay between the requester and administration.

Alerts require consent per component, including country, currency, condition, stores, target price, frequency and quiet hours. You can disable each alert in your account or through the message link. No price notice is sent without a valid verified offer.

Export and usage history

In your account, “Export my data” downloads a private file containing your machines, revisions, images, plans, sale sheets, messages, requests and alerts. Store it carefully: it contains the private data you provided. Deleting the account removes these records from the database and closes publications.

With metrics permission in this browser, we record daily visits to measure usage and return, without serials, addresses or private URLs. Account-linked history has a 90-day window, cleared on the next recorded visit, and is removed with the account. Operational events, such as creating an account or saving a PC, remain part of the service history. Import counts aggregated by source and domain do not identify accounts.

Sources and limitations

The catalog is small and curated. Sourced specifications do not guarantee a physical component matches the stated variant. Unknown compatibility is not approval. Without an authorized retailer integration, we show “no verified offers”. There is no FPS prediction, universal bottleneck diagnosis or simulated offer integration.

Local environment

This version can run entirely on your computer. Local email confirmation is saved in a private workspace outbox; this does not prove delivery to an external address. Real sending requires configured SMTP. Deployment, public operational policy and external services will be defined before launch.

Language and preferences

The interface offers Brazilian Portuguese, English and Mexican Spanish. Language, offer country and currency for new records are independent preferences. Editorial content enters search engines only after a language-specific review.
