Controller and contact

Fier Labs is responsible for decisions about the processing of personal data by LivoPC and LivoPC Connect. Use the email below for privacy questions and requests or to exercise your rights, including if you have no account or cannot access it.

Platform data

We process your email address, hashed password, account and session identifiers, public name, profile handle, biography and preferences you provide. Language, offer country and currency are independent choices. Your connection may suggest a country; this is not precise location.

When using features, you may provide components, revisions, plans, costs, dates, notes, serial numbers, photos, receipts, listings, messages and support requests. You provide these records; Connect does not search for receipts or personal files. Avoid submitting other people's data without authorization or unnecessary sensitive information.

Connect: inventory and local widget

Inventory collection starts when you request it. Connect reads available CPU, GPU, motherboard, memory and storage models and specifications, plus operating system information. You see a preview; inventory is uploaded only after you link and confirm your account in the browser. Updating an existing PC requires review.

Inventory does not include personal files, passwords, serial numbers, computer or user names, network addresses or file paths. The widget works without an account: readings stay on your device when online uploads are off. The app stores local preferences; the connection credential is protected by the operating system's secure storage when available. Without secure storage, the connection is not persisted between sessions.

Monitoring and usage history

Online uploads require separate authorization for the PC you choose. They may include reading time, system and app version, total and per-core CPU usage, clock speeds, memory, disk space, uptime, disk and network transfer rates, and available GPU, temperature, fan and power sensors. They do not include traffic content, files, process names, visited websites or keystrokes.

Detailed readings are available for up to 24 hours. PC usage requires additional permission to retain hourly summaries for up to 90 days. These describe observed resource usage, not human productivity. You can pause, clear history or disconnect in the app/website. Clearing while collection is active allows new readings; pausing does not erase earlier ones. Disconnecting revokes the connection and removes its history from the service. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; closing only the widget does not necessarily stop background uploads. Use Quit and stop monitoring to stop everything.

What other people can see

PCs and setups start private. Publishing requires preview and confirmation; photos, history, goals and profile association have their own controls. Private costs, email, serials, receipts and monitoring are excluded. A sale listing is published separately and may show asking price, city/region and details you selected. Messages are available to participants and may be accessed by authorized staff for support and moderation.

Unlisted links can be accessed by anyone who receives the address. Public pages may appear in search engines and be copied by third parties. Unpublishing removes public access through the service, but not external copies. We remove EXIF metadata from processed images; information visible in a photo or written in text remains visible if you publish it.

Purposes and legal bases

We use necessary data to provide the service you request: maintain your account, register PCs, review compatibility, save history and handle messages. We rely on consent for online monitoring, extended history, optional metrics and selected notifications. Security and abuse prevention serve legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legal obligations and the establishment or defense of rights may require specific processing. Declining an optional feature does not prevent use of the others.

Email verification, account recovery and essential service communications do not subscribe you to marketing. Price alerts and country availability notifications have separate permissions and can be cancelled. We do not sell personal data or use PC inventory or metrics for behavioral advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the platform, store databases and media, and send emails. It processes data needed to deliver these functions, including technical connection data. Authorized Fier Labs staff access data as necessary for operations, support and security. We may comply with valid legal orders and protect rights, limiting disclosure to what is necessary.

Importing a link retrieves the public page you specify. Catalog integrations, when enabled, may use Firecrawl or Apify to retrieve public pages; we do not send them private inventories, credentials or monitoring. External stores apply their own rules when you open them. Microsoft handles installation, updates and Store data under its own policy; your Microsoft account is separate from your LivoPC account. Connect does not send PC history to Microsoft as a LivoPC feature.

Where data is processed

Provider infrastructure may process data in Brazil and other countries. Choosing Portuguese, English, Spanish, a country or a currency does not determine storage location. International transfers are subject to safeguards required by applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD. You can contact us for information about providers, destinations and mechanisms applicable to the processing of your data.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies maintain your session and protect access. Others remember choices you make. Guest drafts, theme and Livi preferences may stay in your browser until you remove them; Connect stores language and settings on your device. Clearing local data may erase drafts and preferences, but does not automatically delete server-side account data.

Optional browsing metrics are off by default. With permission, we count daily aggregated events by page type, general source, language and country, without URL history or search terms. Consented visits by signed-in users also feed private platform usage history associated with the account for up to 90 days. Necessary service events, such as saving a PC, are recorded independently of this choice. We do not use third-party analytics tools.

How long we retain data

Account, PCs, setups and saved content

While you retain them, until you delete the record or account, subject to the exceptions below.

Import previews

24 hours; expired content is removed during maintenance. Confirmed evidence becomes part of the PC's private history.

Detailed monitoring and minute summaries

24-hour window, with cleanup during maintenance and collection.

Hourly PC usage summaries

90-day window, only after additional permission; you can delete them earlier.

Browsing metrics and guest coverage requests

90-day window. Counts and journey history are cleaned up when new events are recorded; guest requests during maintenance.

Deleting your account removes linked records from the active database and ends publications; media becomes inaccessible and is queued for removal. Audit and moderation records may remain without a direct account link for security and investigation; this does not anonymize any text you included. Legal obligations or defense of rights may require retention limited to the applicable purpose and period. Cloudflare database recovery copies may contain deleted data for up to 30 days. Your exports and third-party copies are outside this process.

Your choices and rights

Under applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion, anonymization or blocking of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability where applicable, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also request explanations and review of automated decisions affecting your interests. LivoPC compatibility and usage analyses are advisory.

In your account, use Export my data or Delete account. For other requests, or without account access, email contact@fierlabs.com. We may request only the information needed to verify your identity and protect data; do not send passwords. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any restriction. Withdrawing consent stops processing that depends on it without invalidating earlier lawful processing. You may also contact Brazil's ANPD or another competent authority where applicable.

Security

We use HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, protected session cookies, owner-based authorization and access controls for private files. IP-derived identifiers may be used to limit abuse; they are not used for advertising. Infrastructure providers also process connection metadata to deliver and protect the service. No system is infallible. If an incident poses a relevant risk, we will take containment measures and provide notices required by applicable law.

Children and teenagers

LivoPC and Connect are not directed at children and do not require sensitive data to operate. Use by minors must comply with applicable law and involve a parent or guardian where required. If you are a parent or guardian and identify improperly processed data about a minor, contact us so we can assess the case and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when data practices change, with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through service channels; where necessary, we will request new consent before expanding collection. The Portuguese, English and Spanish versions describe the same practices. Translation or region preferences do not reduce rights under applicable law.
